Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn / unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

UK RETURNS

If you have purchased within the UK, to start the return process please login to your account which you will find in the website menu. Simply enter the email address you used when placing your order originally and follow the on screen instructions.

*Please note a return shipping charge of £3.99 will be incurred. This will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK

If you made your purchase from outside the UK, we recommend that when returning an item/s that you choose an appropriate courier service (preferably tracked) to avoid any instances of items going missing in transit. As this will compromise our ability to deal with the return effectively.

Please include a reference to your name and order number within the package so we can identify you on our system.

*The customer is liable for all International return shipping costs.

Damages and issues upon receipt
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is in any way defective, damaged or incorrect. We can review and evaluate the appropriate action to be taken to rectify.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned e.g. personalised / customised ones. (names added to shirts for example)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We are unable to process exchanges. Any approved returns will be processed for a full refund, therefore the best way to ensure you get the replacement product you require is to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it, and if approved you will be fully refunded using your original payment method. Please be advised it can take 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and refund the amount in question.
